What is the psychology of people who talk too much?Ever wonder why some folks just can’t seem to stop talking? Let’s dive into the psychology behind those who love to chat:In the psychology of personality, there are mostly two types of personality: #Introverts and #Extroverts. Here the people with #extroverted personalities generally talk too much.Extroverts get energy from being around others. They love chatting and connecting with people, and for them, talking is as natural as breathing. Moreover there are some certain mental disorders that can also cause excessive talking. For example, people with #ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) often have trouble controlling their speech and can talk a lot. Bipolar disorder can lead to periods of manic behavior, where rapid and excessive talking is common. Even anxiety disorders can cause someone to talk more as a way to cope with their nerves.Besides personalities and mental disorders, There are some more psychological reasons behind why some people talk too much:People often ramble when they're nervous. Their mouths go into overdrive to hide their anxiety. Think of it like talking a mile a minute before a big date or interview.People sometimes talk a lot because they need constant validation. They share their thoughts and stories in hopes of getting approval and praise. Some folks use excessive talking to cover up their insecurities. By keeping the conversation going, they avoid uncomfortable silences and keep others from asking too many personal questions. Some chatterboxes are just genuinely excited about life. They love sharing every detail of their day and their thoughts. Think of them as always bursting with energy and ideas.Understanding why people talk so much can help us see things from their perspective. Whether they're seeking attention, dealing with nerves, or just full of #enthusiasm, there's always more to the story. Sometimes they can be annoying but there's a reason behind all that talking.

Thanks for sharing Asiimwe Julius.Have you come across individuals that tend to have both personalities? Some moments tickle an extroversion in an introvert.I personally believe in being able to balance the two, but how & when??Thanks once again for the insightful post.

Understanding the Unseen Impact of Childhood Emotional NeglectChildhood emotional neglect is often overshadowed by more visible forms of abuse, yet its profound effects linger into adulthood, shaping the way individuals perceive themselves and interact with the world.Unlike physical abuse, emotional neglectcan be subtle, leaving no physical scars but deeply affecting a child’s emotional well-being.Many adults who were emotionally neglected as children struggle with feelings of insignificance and difficulties in forming close relationships. However, they may also develop remarkable self-reliance and excel professionally due to their unique coping mechanisms. In this article, we delve into the complexities of emotional neglect, exploring how it manifests in adulthood and the diverse ways individuals cope and adapt.By understanding the distinct impact of emotional neglect, we can better support those who have experienced it and foster environments where all children feel valued and nurtured. Most people talk about abuse but ignore neglect or assume it’s the same thing. I like separating child neglect from abuse because the type of hurt neglect leaves in a child may be very different from that abuse leaves.Overcoming the Effects of Childhood Emotional NeglectChildhood Emotional NeglectLet me consider that the adult that was neglected as a child did not find anyone to help them feel valuable, because the hurt that neglect leaves could be resolved as soon as the child grows older and finds or develop a support network.Emotional neglect can manifest in adulthood in various ways, often with subtle but significant impacts on their emotional well-being and the way they relate to others. Unlike physical neglect, which may have visible signs, emotional neglect can be challenging to identify.Children experiencing emotional neglect may not even recognize it as such, and may not develop a victim mentality the way some children develop after abuse. The effects of emotional neglect can be diverse and may result from different factors, including #voluntary or #circ*mstantial situations, omission, or commission. While physical and medical neglect pose immediate risks to a child’s life and can have the effect that the person can develops a chronic illness due to the lack of attention, #emotionalneglect could cause long-term harm without overtly threatening the child’s safety.Instead of triggering immediate physiological responses to stress, #emotionalneglect can lead to synaptic pruning (de-activating neurons that are not used) if it happens early in life, affecting brain connectivity and #development.#Emotionallyneglected individuals often internalize #feelingsofinsignificance or lack of value. 4 WAYS THAT MEN CAN ESCAPE POVERTY1. Get the right womanForget the #slayqueens and women with looks but zero brains. Get a woman who will not only support your vision but will also push you to achieve more. A woman who will inspire you to work hard and not a woman who just makes you hard. He who finds a real woman finds a good thing and obtains favor and power to create wealth.2. Stop Taking CheapDrinksI have no problem with having drinks during social interaction and networking. However, when you drink cheap drinks or drink in cheap places, you hang out with cheap people who have cheap ideas and a cheap future. Big business opportunities are found in places where the drinks are expensive. In fact, in places where they sell cheap drinks, the only people you will find there are people who will be asking you for money. They even clap when you come knowing 'big buyer' has come.3. Stop being Lazy"Man ooh Man, why art thou Lazy?" You are too lazy for your own good. You sleep the whole day and blame the government for your poverty. "A Little Sleep, a Little Slumber, poverty shall overtake you like a political cadre in overalls". A lot of men are just lazy when it comes to making money. They have enough energy to give a woman five org*sms without using gondolosi, but have no energy to start one organization, that's why it is so easy for men to manufacture children than it is to make even pegs for putting children's clothes on the line..4. Know Productive ThingsIf you keep too much junk in your head, you get a junk life. I know a lot of men who are so sharp when you are talking about girls, about soccer and about street politics, Who is Rich who is not, who has a good house but you can't bring a topic about #investment, #innovation and business, they start looking at their phone, yawning or saying bye.. Useless things, videos and memes go viral fast than constructive things.. A man must know how to do at least one productive thing (have one skill).Remember: Happy and #healthyrelationship sometimes depends on financial status. To stay a happy and peaceful, healthy #familyrelationship #economicstability is important, So, these be a guide to escape the status of #poverty.

What's that one something scary you've done?Starting a self-empowerment community was scary. I felt lost in life and needed meaning beyond work. So, I dared to voice my desire to help others like me. It felt weird, even in the privacy of my room, but I pushed through.Despite the nagging doubt and imposter syndrome, I posted about it online. Surprisingly, people responded, mostly women. Doubts flooded my mind: "Who are you to do this? What do you have to offer?"But I ignored that negative voice (mostly) and kept going. Now, I send a #newsletter every two weeks, filled with general #selfempowerment tips, #emotionaladvice, and a sprinkle of #spiritualinsight. Why did I do it? Firstly, I didn't want others to struggle like I did—terrified of showing feelings, weak, or vulnerable. Life's too short to hide our #humanity.Secondly, I learned that our #innercritic, #comfortzone, and #impostersyndrome are all lies. We all have something #valuable to share, but it means stepping out of comfort, taking risks, and #embracingfailure. So, let's dare to be vulnerable, take risks, and be the change we wish to see.see you at www.witsvalleyco.com

Someone asked this Question. "Why do girls want bad boys for boyfriends and engage in extramarital affairs, but want a good guy for marriage and family? Why do girls ignore good, nice guys in their younger years?"This is what i think: Our #behaviors are influenced by ancient #memories from when our ancestors lived in #jungles. Back then, strong and #aggressive individuals survived, providing safety to women. This memory still affects us today, even though we may not realize it. For instance, men often fear rejection from women because, in the past, rejection meant their genes wouldn't be passed on. This fear is deeply rooted in our #unconsciousminds, shaping our #actions without us even knowing it.. And as these girls grow older and their brains mature, particularly the #prefrontalcortex, they begin to suppress those #primitive urges. This development leads them to recognize the importance of being with a kind and considerate person rather than solely focusing on traits associated with #survivalinstincts. What do you think?!
