Completing one year in ER…Seems like a dream.Moving from core HR to ER was something I never thought of.As I complete one-year in my journey in ER, I take this occasion to express my heartfelt gratitude to one and all who made my journey memorable. One year full of experiences…experiences that many do not get in a life time, like Public Hearing, Organizing Union Election, managing unrests, implementing CLMS, Long Term Settlements…. all these experiences I got in one year. Today I feel more confident and stronger due to the experiences, support, and guidance I received from all of you. Your support & guidance led me to face numerous challenges, and some of them I had never faced in my life, like surviving in mob and still not giving up. I will always be grateful to all of you.My sincere gratitude to Mr Kailash Pandey for his unconditional support to make my journey smoother in all possible manner and his coaching to make me a better Manager. My heartfelt thanks to Mr Krishna Padhi for accepting me in his team, the way I am, and bringing out the best in me. Sir, your handholding, and support from behind the scenes are incomparable.
