Impeccably located, with a great, helpfull and friendly Front Desk staff. Rooms are standard Mercure style, with a pleasant arty touch. Featuring an onsite (overpriced) car park is a definite plus.Many bars and restaurant within walking distance.Recommended.

Although the room I stayed in was outdated, the breakfast area was spacious and large selection of food items. The hotel is an easy walk to the main train station, the buses and trams. Walking to the sites wasn't an issue for me either.

Despite problems with checking in, Sylwia at reception desk was superb and very helpful.Restaurant staff doesn't really care about customer. I've been there twice, first time I still wasn't served after 30 minutes despite restaurant being empty. I ended up going back to my room and ordering Room Service - great service by Zdzislaw! The second visit - the restaurant was busier and waiter was friendly, however we waited ages for food and even longer for condiments.

Only had one complain of not being guided properly by the front desk for Warsaw Centrum Station which mislead us to take an Uber who dropped us to Warsaw Glowny

Without functional wifi in my room the stay was not one I would wish to repeat. The rooms are also very compact so if there is more than one person staying this could also be less than ideal.
