Our main facility is conveniently located on the northeast corner of the Baptist Hospital campus, Miami Cancer Institute provides a comprehensive range of cancer treatments and services in its 445,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art flagship facility.

From the North
Take SR 826 (Palmetto Expressway) south to SR 94/SW 88 Street/ North Kendall Drive exit. Head west on North Kendall Drive and turn left at SW 89 Avenue into the main Baptist Hospital campus. Miami Cancer Institute is the large glass building on your left.
From the South
Take Florida Turnpike north to SR 874 (Don Shula Expressway). Exit right onto SR 94/SW 88 Street/North Kendall Drive. Turn right at SW 89 Avenue into the main Baptist Hospital campus. Miami Cancer Institute is the large glass building on your left.
From the East
Head west on North Kendall Drive and turn left at SW 89 Avenue into the main Baptist Hospital campus. Miami Cancer Institute is the large glass building on your left.
From the West
Head east on North Kendall Drive and turn right at SW 89 Avenue into the main Baptist Hospital campus. Miami Cancer Institute is the large glass building on your left.
Finding Your Way
Let us help you get to your appointment as efficiently as possible. Our Visitor Parking Garage at the rear of Miami Cancer Institute provides easy access to our facilities.
- Miami Cancer Institute is comprised of two separate buildings, the Main Building and the Research Building
- Parking Garage Floors 1, 3 and 6 offer direct access to our Main Building. Please note that the parking garage floors and building floors do not align
- If you park in the Parking Garage on Floors 2, 4 or 5, take the elevator or stairs to one of the other floors to enter.
- If you are coming to the Research Building, please park in the garage, enter the first floor of the building and then follow signage to the Research elevators.
- If your visit is on Floor 4 of the Main Building, enter through Floor 6 of the Garage.
- If your visit is on Floor 2 of the Main Building, enter through Floor 3 of the Garage.

Visiting Hours
Your care, comfort and safety are always top of mind. Our philosophy is patient- and family-centered healthcare delivery, and we believe having your family and friends near you whenever possible helps promote the healing process.
Visiting hours are not restricted unless deemed medically necessary, and as is hospital policy, children should always be accompanied by an adult other than the patient.
Keeping You Safe
Visitors are allowed. Patients may bring healthy adult companion(s) (age 18 or older) to their appointments. Companions with recent COVID-19 diagnosis, symptoms or exposure are not considered “healthy” and will not be permitted to enter.
Please follow these guidelines while visiting Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute:
- Face masks in clinical areas will continue to be required for all persons, as we continue to care for a patient population that is more vulnerable than the general public.
- Social distancingwithin our facilities may be required if there is not enough space to maintain appropriate social distancing. Visitors may be asked to wait in a designated area until the patient’s appointment is complete.

Lynn Cancer Institute
The Lynn Cancer Institute treats an estimated 4,000 newly diagnosed cancer patients each year in facilities such as a Harvey & Phyllis Sandler Pavilion, our state-of-the-art cancer center; as well as our other respective satellite locations in Delray Beach.

Boutique & Gift Shop
Miami Cancer Institute’s Boutique and Gift Shop is conveniently located just off the first-floor lobby. It is a unique, one-stop shop designed specifically for patients with cancer and their caregivers. Patients will find a range of essential items designed to make the cancer journey – and the difficult decisions that come with it – a little more comfortable, including wigs, hairpieces, specially designed intimate apparel and a salon.
In-house Pharmacy
Miami Cancer Institute’s expertly trained pharmacy professionals work closely with our physicians, nurses and other members of the healthcare team to provide every patient with high–quality, convenient access to their prescription medication needs. Our in-house retail pharmacy is located on the second floor of the Institute and is open from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
A Close, Comfortable Place to Stay
Hilton Miami Dadeland offers patients and their families a convenient, comfortable place to stay while receiving medical care at any of Baptist Health’s facilities. Located on the Baptist Health Baptist Hospital campus, it is a full-service hotel with signature services of Hilton Hotels & Resorts with a distinct focus on wellness.
