@comcast @comcastcares @Xfinity are terrible. You guys raised my bill by $30 this month and are providing me with even slower speeds than before. Not the best service and seems a reoccurring issue with tons of other users. #RefundMe

Peace out @Xfinity you’ve been dropped. Loyal customer for 14 years, but you give special pricing to new customers only.. no incentive for existing customers to stay. Terrible customer retention plans.

@comcast How can you be the best when I pay you a lot of money to only have my internet and TV go out at least once a week for multiple hours. This is terrible when I work from home and cannot go to another provider because we HAVE TO go through Comcast

Un ****** real. So i use xfinity prepaid. Apparently my service expired a few weeks early. So well looking into this problem I figured I'll just pay for one week and call it A-day they can accept billing from anybixby xfinity just ****** up.. like i cant win today. Fml
