Heckathon... time to START! 🏎️🏁Recently, our #teamBosch had the opportunity to participate in an internal heckathon. It was very exciting!✅ 7 teams made up of our employees worked to develop an app connected to a noise detector. The task was to prepare an application that would communicate with the device, visualize the received data and allow connecting more such sensors. 😎Participants also presented original ideas on how other similar technologies can improve daily work, and the best ideas were recognized and awarded! 🏆Let's hope for more such initiatives in the future! 💪#Bosch #heckathon #teamwork

Yesterday I had the incredible pleasure of attending the "Agility in Management and Reporting" training conducted by the amazing people at MyLeadWay@Bosch.It's been a long time since I experienced such a dose of inspiration and excitement - I was sitting like on pins, wondering what they will show next, what card they will lay out as the next one? Every hour of this training was like another episode of a favorite TV series that you can't stop watching. Kamila Pepiak-Kowalska (she/her) and Maciek Pawłowski your incredible passion and the way you conveyed your knowledge of Agile will be parked in my mind for a long time. It was a real adventure! Poker planning rules!
